The first wedding shower September 30, 2008

The other weekend Jonathan and I had our first shower. It was a couples garden and tool shower that Jonathan’s mom’s friends threw for us. It was mainly for him but they were gracious enough to invite me! ha.  It was a great shower with great food and a chance to meet some of Jonathan’s family friends. One of my favorite gifts: This mirror we registered for a target. It has key hooks on it to go by our door. Hopefully, I wont loose my keys as much!

Wedding Update! May 13, 2008

The wedding is getting closer,YAY! It’s only 7months away and we are so excited! Everything is coming together great.  The save-the-dates are out, the cake is ordered, the bridesmaid dresses are in and the most exciting news of all is MY dress is here!! I went to try it on Saturday and absolutely love it!!  I can’t wait!!!  We are planning on doing our engagement pictures at Sagre Fry, the Carolina baseball stadium. As some of you know, I graduated from USC in 2004 and Jonathan is a huge Carolina and baseball fan. So, we thought this was a perfect place. We are planning on having these done in June. I will post some pictures as soon as I get them from our photographer. You can also go directly to her site here. I am planning on doing my bridal portraits at the end of July downtown Charleston. I can’t post those, but if you want to see them just let me know!   That’s all the updates I have for now!
